Registering early gives you time to develop your career opportunities and establish contacts with potential employers - all before you graduate. If you have waited until a later time, do not let that stop you from starting your search for your future career today.
Resumé Review
Our staff is here to assist you in composing and perfecting your resumé to provide you with a highly polished document to give to potential employers.
Resumé Referral
Students who are registered with us can have their reviewed resumés automatically sent to employers seeking positions related to their majors.
A Level Playing Field
Positions sought by employers through our office must require at least a Bachelor's Degree and be for full-time placement.
Student Spotlight
Actively registered students may have the opportunity to appear in the Student Spotlight. The Spotlight allows you to present yourself to employers who are actively involved in the employment process. Please keep in mind that this opportunity is very limited. If you would like to participate you must register early and inform our staff that you would like to be considered for the Spotlight.
Registration Steps
Registration is available to seniors and alumni. In order to get started you must come by our office at 105 Bibb Graves. You should bring a resumé, even if it is not complete, to be reviewed and edited by our staff. At this meeting we will set you up with an account at MonsterTrak. (Accounts with MonsterTrak must be setup through our office.) You will then setup a profile at MonsterTrak and post your resumé. Our staff will also discuss approaches and steps you can take to get started.
Professional Educators
We strongly encourage students who are pursuing a teaching career to open an account at Reference Now, a credential file service that can send your information to schools of your choice.
