All candidates must:

  • have a 2.5 GPA

  • Complete a Co-op application from the Co-op office.

  • be able to work 35 hrs. M-F from the hours of 7A.M. - 4 P.M. during Fall 2008 semester.

  • pursuing a Occupational Health & Safety or Human Resource degree

Good Afternoon,

 

I thought you might want to know that I attended the JSU spring career expo and received an interview from the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command. I got a firm job offer for the Federal Career intern position with them that they were offering as a Traffic Management Specialist. I start on April 28, 2008 and I am very excited. I just wanted to let you know and I appreciate all the help that you gave me in revising and updating my resume.

To the Career Placement Services Staff,

I just want to thank you for hosting the meeting with Mike Rogers. As an accounting major (rather thank a political science), I found the event to be encouraging and motivating, particularly when Congressman Rogers gave his final comments about setting high goals and "looking around the corner". I look forward to the next career connection meeting in October.
